Lodging Options

We have a variety of lodging options to make your weekend more enjoyable!

The Wewoka Woods Cabins are available with groups staying in shared rooms of 6-8 people. There will be cabins designated for men and cabins designated for women. In addition, we are offering a select amount of family cabins on a first come, first serve basis. We have tent and RV site options as well. Also, you can call Best Western-Wewoka at 405-257-6777 for a special event pricing of $100.08 for a single and $110.00 for a double. If you choose to stay at the Best Western or any other off-site location, you will still need to register for the prayer retreat separately.

Fees

All registration fees are per person. We will not have the availability to provide on-site registration, so please plan to register online before the early bird discount pricing ends on October 26, 2026! Credit cards are the only accepted method of payment for this event. In the event you do not have access to a computer, call Cindy at 870-510-8048 for registering assistance.

Pets

No animals are allowed at the camp with the exception of service dogs. We kindly request that the camp staff not be placed in the difficult position of having to address this request not being adhered to during the weekend. No exceptions please. Thank you so much!

Sabbath Offering

Your offering to Oklahoma Conference Prayer Ministries helps create spaces where hearts are transformed, burdens are lifted, and lives are drawn closer to Jesus. Through retreats, prayer gatherings, training, and spiritual resources, your gift fuels a movement of intercession across Oklahoma. Thank you for helping us keep prayer at the heart of everything we do.

Children & Families

We love family time! We encourage all generations to attend and enjoy the experience together. The weekend is carefully designed to be a family-friendly environment that supports spiritual growth and encouragement for all ages.

We are super excited to have the Vixie family with us this year! They will provide special children's programming for ages 4-10 on Friday evening, Sabbath school and Sabbath evening.
